Feedback Session

I designed visual assets for an in-person feedback session focused on ANZ Plus support channels during the Home Loan journey. I took a holistic approach to the participants' experience, from creating signage that made navigating the space easy to designing visual storyboards that clarified our feedback questions. This helped participants feel comfortable and confident in providing constructive feedback, which in return helped our ANZ Plus team gather valuable insights to improve our product and user experience.

In-Person Showcase Space

I designed a walkthrough space to showcase the evolving work-in-progress for ANZ Plus’ upcoming 'Home Loans' feature, aimed at educating internal executives. The space was created to help executives stay informed and feel confident about the development of the feature.

Figma Workshops

In our Service Design team, where Figma is our primary tool, I noticed different levels of expertise among our team members. To boost efficiency, I crafted personalised tutorials and workshops targeting essential Figma skills, ultimately enhancing workflow effectiveness.

Hackathon Facilitation

As part of organising the ANZ Hackathon, I designed personalised t-shirts for participants, making it easy to identify our Hackathon staff for support. Additionally, I created visually appealing informational posters to keep participants informed and provide support as needed.
